In this work, we report for the first time in Argentina the species Corydoras ehrhardti Steindachner, 1910. The specimens assigned to this species were collected in Misiones Province, at San Antonio River, Iguazú River basin. Corydoras ehrhardti is the seventh species of this genus that is known for the fish fauna of Misiones province.
